★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great assortment of breads, scones, cinnamon rolls, everything is to die for. The sourdough bread is excellent, the pull apart cheese bread is excellent. Love the long hours as well. The facility is nut free as well. I can't say enough great things about this bakery.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Checked out this place for the first time today. Service was very friendly! The woman that helped me was only on her second day of working there but was incredibly knowledgable and went above and beyond ( I wish I got her name for a shout out!) There is a lot of staff there to help you and busy bees in the back. The pumpkin scone was the best I've had; so fluffy and delicious! I bought wayyyy too many pastries and bread and I'm sooooo excited to try it all :) I will be back, Thanks COBS!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Picked up a variety of different buns and baked goods shortly after the grand opening. Everything we had was really tasty and full flavored. The scones were especially good. Staff were all pleasant and helpful. Would definitely recommend

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to this Collingwood, ON location on Thursday, Feb 18 evening. Asked the staff for vegan options and the ladies behind the counter were very confident to say that all the sweet ones except Chocolate Croissant are vegan. I categorically asked them if they have any dairy, butter, eggs or anything else, and they told me that along with this new pizza option everything is vegan now. I had two scones and been puking the last two days. Such a shame that your staff gets to lie and are not trained.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely a 5 plus. Besides their wonderful fresh and tasty products, especially their blueberry torte , my favorite. I think COBS must go out of their way to hire the most friendliest people in the world , I have seen it in all 4 locations I have visited in Southern Ontario. This one so far ranks the best. Loved my experience here. Thank you to the staff.
