★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The guy at front was awesome, set us up with the good stuff. Best seller carrot cupcake was delicious, shouldve just went with the cake. Lemon loaf and banana bread was just the right balance flavorwise.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A must stop for those going up to the Collingwood/Wasaga Georgian Bay area. Everything is made from scratch and the owners, who are the nicest people you will meet, care about quality. You will not find a better Cinnamon bun, but equally delicious are the cupcakes, butter tarts and pies! Then to top it off, they have started making fresh bread and lunches. If you are looking for something to bring to the cottage or in the area working. stop by this place. You wont be disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm a bit late in posting this review. I ordered cupcakes for a Halloween themed baby shower I co-hosted for my niece. The owners of the bakery were wonderful and the cupcakes were very cute. But even better than the appearance of the cupcakes was the taste! We had chocolate and vanilla and the guests raved about them. You know the cupcakes are awesome when people are going in for seconds.
The day I ordered the cupcakes I picked up a lemon loaf. It was delicious. Highly recommend Bakery By The Bay. If I lived closer I would be a regular customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stopped by there for some coffee to go. Ended up buying some delicious cinnamon rolls and a brownie. Excellent decision. It was one of the best rolls I’ve had, it’s all made from scratch and the owner and his staff are super friendly. Definitely recommendable!
