Twisted Apparel came through on a last minute, same day order for us that saved our event! After another local shop had lost our order (that had been placed for over a month) , we were left in a panic but thanks to Twisted Apparel they saved the day with a fantastic design, good quality and great price. The owner even came in on a day they were closed just to complete the order! 10/10 service and I would highly recommend to anyone, learn from my mistake and make this your first stop! Thank you soo much again!

I am SO in love with my purchase! Shaylah was so great to work with and was so easy going with my requests. My order was ready quickly and shipped even faster! Can’t wait to see the look on my friends and her daughters face when they open these up on Christmas!

I'm very disappointed to write this as we had a great thing going, but sadly after my last order I paid for in full (5 weeks ago) I am still missing items from my order after I picked up some items, I was told to come back next day by 4pm. Was not ready. Tried to follow up by Facebook, phone and even stopping by the store which seems to be frequently closed during posted business hours. Finally went in to ask weeks later and was told another 1-2 days (2 weeks later) and then again I went in and got a very cold response of " If haven't called you yet, its not done" I felt very dismissed and forgotten about with the tone of voice and lack of customer service. Still to this day, I am waiting on 11 pieces of my original order WHICH I HAVE already PAID FOR, the owner seems to be too busy to work on current orders or just shoves others aside. She does great work don't get me wrong but is not reliable. I was pre warned that these are typical problems with this business owner. Poor Communication, delivery and lack of promised deadlines are why I wont be continuing this business relationship any further.

A friend of mine ordered a product from Shaylah and didn’t hear so she went to check on it. My friend got told “if you haven’t received a call, it’s not ready”. Shaylah did not have any recollection of this order. It was already paid for and Shaylah wrote it down at the time. She was not the politest at this point either. When my friend went to pick up the order. It was outside and Shaylah put it in a bag for her. After looking at it when getting home, she noticed that there were things added to the sweater on the back that’s was not requested, wanted, or asked about. Myself and my friend went in to see about this. It was said she did it to “balance it out”. It was explained that it was appreciated, but unwanted. Shaylah became very rude and said “so you want me to make a new sweater because of something on the back”. It was stated that the frustration on Shaylah end was understood, but yes it would be appreciated to be remade how it was ordered. Shaylah told us “I can’t do it right now”. My friend stated that she completely got that and to let her know when it was ready. All of this was prior to Christmas and she was told it would be ready before Christmas as it was a gift. The first one was, the second was not. Shaylah was messaged multiple times on Facebook regarding the original product and the second. They get opened and read, but never a reply. Due to it not being ready and having to then purchase a new gift for her family member, a refund was then requested. My friends boyfriend went in as she was beyond frustrated so she asked him to go in. Shaylah then proceeded to tell him that she said it would’ve been ready that day when we went in. This was NOT stated. She also said that she has a camera that could show this communication, which again didn’t happen??‍♀️. My friend was also told previously that if she doesn’t receive a call that it’s not ready. She also tried calling the store twice, again messaged on Facebook seeing if it was ready, and went to the store (it was closed) with absolutely no communication back. A refund has been requested and Shaylah proceeded to state that she does not have money in her till so she cannot at the moment. They went the next day (today) to get a refund and she again stated she has no money in the till. My friend paid debit, there is no reason why it cannot be refunded on debit. Additionally, today she mentioned a fee that would have to be paid. She also continued to state that my friends boyfriend was sent to intimidate her. Which he was not, but my friend is done dealing with her. She now does not have the product OR her money back. As a business, ESPECIALLY a business that just received an award from the town, she has been nothing but unprofessional. This is ridiculous and word of mouth travels quite fast. I would HIGHLY recommend going elsewhere. I will continue to update my review also as she continues to battle to receive her full refund of the product.

Due to character count limitations my review has been shortened. But if you go to the Facebook Twisted Apparel page you can find the full review of my experience. In summary, the customer service was horrible. She was terrible at responding to messages. She was very rude when she did respond, as well as in person. My sweater was not made as requested (things were added, including her store name which I wasn’t aware would be), then when I asked for the sweater to be remade, it was not made in time for Christmas. Or if it was, she never informed me so that I could pick it up, leaving me with no gift to give. I asked for a refund Dec. 26 which took me 5-6 weeks to receive after multiple encounters and inquiring about it as she claimed to not have the money, and then that I would have to wait for one sweater to sell. When I did get it she didn’t give me the full amount. Overall, it was a horrible 7 week experience! I understand it was close to Christmas, but that doesn’t excuse ignoring messages after reading them, and becoming rude with myself, my friend and my partner when going in. I would recommend going elsewhere!

This store has so many options and colour choices.It's an awesome spot to grab Custom clothing as I have for a few things now including sweaters and hats. There is even a bookstore so while you wait you can browse through all the books. They strive to ensure you get exactly what you want. Great customer service, Great prices, and great quality! Will be back soon for more for sure. Thanks again!

I had the extreme pleasure of purchasing some apparel from this gem of a store. The hardworking owner behind the counter exhudes confidence and friendliness in her quest to fulfill your needs. If independent stores were run like this one, we would all shop local not out of guilt but out of enjoyment.
