★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome small town book store with a great selection focusing on local authors. The local cook book they have is particularly awesome. We don't miss it when in Thornbury and there's always something special to buy there. We always make a point of hopping over here for some local shopping and then dinner when we're skiing at Blue Mountain. It's a perfect break from the commercial village there.
The guy that thinks it's ok to photograph books to purchase somewhere else and left an awful review is outrageous. Amazon got in trouble for encouraging it and it's disgusting to do in a small, independent book store. Please don't abuse this store, they are good people. Sadly, independent bookstores in Toronto complain about having to deal with this problem as well. Please don't be obnoxious.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice assortment of new books and toys. Everytime I am in Thornbury I come to visit this store and buy at least one if not two books. When our kids were younger, we always bought them amazing and unique colouring books, toys and games.
Yes, they are more expensive then the big box chain bookstore, but I am all about helping out the local businesses.
