We are delighted with our 2012 La-Z-Boy Dream Spa. From the wide selection and courteous service and assistance in the La-Z-Boy Spa Showroom to the final delivery and installation. We have experienced professionals who care about their customers and are knowledgeable about their products. We especially enjoy the ease of maintenance, and the variety of Aqua Flex massage features. We use our La-Z-Boy Spa year round, and have been totally pleased with our purchase. Claire, Ontario

DO NOT GO ANYWHERE NEAR THIS PLACE!!! They took multiple weeks to order a simple part for a Rotospa (dash). Charged us $250 for the part. One of their employees came over to "install" it. He peeled off the back, stuck it to the hot tub without anything to hold it down, did not even wipe the surface of dust/debris and it promptly fell off when he left. When i called Rotospa directly about how to do it properly they informed me they screw theirs down and there are even screw holes for it. OH and i can get the dash from them for $70!!!! When i took the dash (with sticky backing covered in dirt/debris) the owner told me: 1. Just stick it down with some silicone. 2. He would not stand by what his employee did because it was technically a "favor" (what a favor, eh?) And 3. That was the "end of this conversation". Not impressed. You want good customer service and good prices for parts I would avoid this place. Especially if you have a Rotospa, just call them directly and save yourself time, money and frustration.

In all my experiences with Clearchoice we have never had anything bad happen ,we have always had a positive experience with them ,due to the fact that is summer peak season supplies are limited and demand times are high,i would definitely not base this bad review on the company..

The best pool and spa dealer I know of. We have used many over the years in the city and up north. The service is excellent. The pricing is great. The trust is totally there. I highly recommend them.

Just had the absolute worst service from any company I've dealt with in the past 50 years! Tried to purchase a pool light..owner promised me multiple times that he would call me back. Not once did he call me back. I had to drop by hoping to see him in person and ask again about the light. Each time told me he would call the supplier again that they were not returning his calls and he would call me back. Still no call backs. Eventually one of the times he was not there I asked one of his store people and she was excellent and called me back as she promised. After weeks of waiting for Preston to call me with an answer I finally gave up. On my own I was able to obtain the light fixture and in spite of the terrible service I asked if Clear Choice could install the light for me. Spoke to Peter their service guy on Tuesday as to whether they could install for me this Friday. He promised to check for me and get back to me the same day. Never heard back till this afternoon via email. Not able to do as installing the light was too big a job for them and they didn't have anyone to do it. When I responded as to when they could do it and questioned it being a large job the answer came back "it just won't fit into our schedule". Clearly didn't want to provide any service to me perhaps because I obtained the lamp from another dealer after I waited over 2 weeks for Clear Choice to get me any answer at all. Prior to this experience I purchased Kamado Joe parts and supplies with grossly overpriced prices from Clear Choice strictly due to the convenience which will not be happening. Very poor reflection on Kamado Joe for selecting Clear Choice to represent them when they have such a great product. If your' expecting a decent level of service and fair and reasonable pricing Clear Choice is clearly a Bad Choice.

Very impressed with the staff. They tried to help me over the phone and when I couldn’t fix the hot tub by myself they came right out to fix it. Very helpful and did not over charge. We always buy our products from them and would recommend them for pools and hot tubs

Never consider using these guys. The owner is terrible at customer service and they did a terrible job of keeping our pool clean. The water made us sick and ended up leading to our heater blowing up. If I could give negative stars I would.

Clear Choice Pools helped me diagnose the issue with my hot tub and sold me the fix with for a reasonable price! They have been accessible for questions and were professional and patient with me. Thank you!
