★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Convenient water activity centre in the Blue Mountain Village. Good place to take the kids to cool off on a hot summer day. If you are vacationing for more than a few days I would suggest purchasing the 3 day pass as it is the most cost effective. They also host birthday parties. Kids must pass a swim test with the on duty life guard in order to go in the deep pool and swing off the rope.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We came to Plunge yesterday at noon. We were surprised to see how little space there was to change - especially with two little kids. Thin, small wooden benches in the family change room that you can not lay your child down on. Only privacy are small private “rooms” that are the size of a closet. Had to lay both kids on the gross floor to change them in and out of their suits. 100% not worth the money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great fun for the kids and ample lounge chairs outside for the adults to chill on. There is an indoor and outdoor area so you have lots of space to swim and play in the water. There is also a simple water slide outside, perfect for smaller kids. Overall a good experience and worth the visit!

Pricey for the value offered: adults $29+tax for 2 hours (not per day), kids - slightly lower
The colorful slide inside: out of service, covered in tape
Lastly and most important: the indoor pool was turned into an outdoor one courtesy to staff Natalie keeping the door separating indoor from outdoor open at all times.
Was unable to provide an explanation, except for 'This door must stay open!'
A little brushing of customer service skills and perhaps visible notices/signs would be helpful, especially when guests spend $thousands to visit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kids loved it, but it wasn’t the cleanest facility. The change rooms and bathrooms need better cleaning protocols. The indoor hot tub/spa was out of order, which happens but it was roped off with caution tape and should have been properly sectioned off with a hoarding wall. With little kids walking around and jumping into the main pool it’s easy to fall from the pool deck into an empty spa which is very dangerous.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is really splendid as the water pools have warm water and variety of activities are available for kids. There is a very warm or hot tub also , where temperature is more than 95 degree. It is really a relaxing experience to stay in the hot waters for some time and you feel yourself refreshed. The slider in the water is very comfortable. One pool for diving is also available. Neat and clean atmosphere with lots of fun.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My family went to Plunge for the first time over the weekend. We were warmly greeted by the manager Stephanie. She showed us where everything was. My toddler really enjoyed her time.
I’m very happy and satisfied with the service because of your amazing manager Stephanie. She went above and beyond and made our experience amazing. I will be coming back and recommend to all family and friends.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a great place to hang out with kids. There is a small splash pad for small kids, an outdoor water slide, a hot pool and a deep pool. You can find everything you will need. There is also a family changing area.
