The whole place is disgusting. The food was burnt and dry because they never clean the grill. We only got it because we were extremely hungry. Instantly regretted it

I approached the guy taking orders (don't know the name but was Indian) and asked why he was taking orders when he told me to wait 30 minutes. He said I could have come up to the order counter. I told him he should have come and told me I could order. I walked out immediately as this place doesn't deserve any money with that kind of service.
p	picaplate on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good Burgers! These are NOT like McDonalds Burgers which are Frozen...so for those saying its like McDonalds...YOU Do Not know Burgers. They make Smash Burgers, Chicken sandwich as well as Beyond Meat Burger. The meat is well seasoned and not overcooked. Love that they serve beer too. I got the burger called THE NORRIS - 12oz Beef, Double Cheese, Onion Rings, Double Bacon, Onion, Pickle, Lettuce, Chuck Sauce.I would come back here for a Burger.

Was told my order was ready 40 minutes ago and it was just waiting there. The guy offered to make me a new burger but I was not willing to wait god knows how long for that one too. I was furious at this point, so I asked if I can be compensated in any way and was told they can only offer 5% off my next order. Walked out with nothing but excuses and little apologies. So I got to enjoy my mushy, cold burger, which they also forgot to give me my coke that I ordered with it.

For $20 I could’ve really stacked up a good burger 10 minutes away at a fast food place. Fries were not great either. Very stale. Tiniest patties.
