I adore the children’s clothing and usually dress my daughter in Hatley. However, the middle aged woman working there on October 19th 2020 from 2-3pm with the long greyish blonde hair was the most rude person I’ve ever come across in retail... as soon as we walked into the store it was apparent we were interrupting her and we’re unwelcome. As we continued to a shop I answered a call. The call was regarding my daughters allergy appointment. The woman working there told my mother I had to leave the store if I wanted to continue my conversation? As it was inappropriate? Never knew getting the thumbs up to feed my 10M daughter peanut butter was inappropriate, but okay? Also, when has talking on the phone (with a mask on) regardless of the content not aloud in a store? My mother, who is not confrontational at all - was so comfortable. She continued to shop. When I ended my call I spoke to the sales representative and said the sizing was wrong so we would have to change from a 2T to a 3T. The woman was outwardly annoyed and proceeded to make us feel bad that we had touched so many clothes? Regardless of how unwanted we felt was still decided to buy over $250 worth of clothes. Needless to say, I won’t be buying from that location again - and I plan on telling my fellow friends about my experience. I’ll be advising them to skip the sass, salty sales experience and just order online.

Z	Z M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DO NOT BUY! Did some shopping today March 18th 2022 at 11:00 AM, the onsie was a terrible fit with poor stitching. At 3:30 PM (same day of purchase) I attempted to return the onsie and was met by a very unpleasant lady who said the store has a "cashless" NO RETURN policy! They will exchange or give store credit. I asked why they have not put up a sign that says so and was shown a very tiny tiny display placed behind some books on the counter and completely out of site! I don’t want anything from this store and want my money back!
