After trying to support a small local business, I have to say I am disappointed in my overall experience with sinergy clothing. I had purchased a coat from them Nov 2019. The zipper on my coat had broken (manufacturing fault) only after a few weeks of wear during the winter. I took the coat back in Dec 2019 and experienced good customer service and they replaced the coat for me. This was great for the rest of the winter season coming into 2020. Once winter hit again this year and only wearing my coat for the 2nd time, the zipper had broken once again. Feeling super frustrated that this was now the second coat with the exact same issue, i took it back to the store with hopes to experience the same customer service I had gotten last time, but unfortunately this was in no way near the same. Instead, I was told that “they didn’t think they would be able to do anything and they’ve never had any problems with the brand of my coat before”. I obviously disagreed and explained my situation from earlier, saying that it clearly is a manufacturing fault because this is now the second time I have had the same issue. I explained how I had gotten a replacement coat last time due to it being a manufacturing fault and couldn’t understand why I was being met with such a different response. I was told by the store assistant, who in all fairness was just doing his job (I said I was not upset at him, but frustrated that it’s now winter and I’m pregnant without a coat and I’m annoyed that this has happened again), to leave the coat with them and they will be in touch either later that day or tomorrow once he had spoken with his manager. I took his name and also the business card of the owner. I also asked for the contact details of the manufacturer of the coat, because I would deal with them directly. So I left the coat and waited for a call back. Nothing. I called them back 4 days later to be told that the manager now has it but they don’t know what’s happening. I wait for over a week and decide to contact the owner myself (something I don’t believe I should have to do when I was told I would hear back and the temperature outside is -10 and I’m left without a coat). The owner said the same thing to me, they’ve never had a problem with that brand before. Having to explain my story again to the owner, he told me that I would have to wait longer because they would need to send it to someone else for it to be “assessed” on whether or not it was a manufacturing fault or whether it was me who broke it and this could take up to 4 weeks. I assured him that it was a manufacturing fault and I asked him to note that he could see himself the coat looked brand new as it was hardly even worn. I had also asked the owner that I wanted the manufacturer information because after searching online, I couldn’t find a website or contact number or in fact any information on the brand of my coat. I explained that any reputable brand would have a website at least and that if it was a different brand, then I would deal directly with them myself and not even have to go through the retailer as it’s clearly a manufacturing fault. The owner told me that the brand “didn’t make coats this year”. This did not make me feel like I had purchased a genuine product.

Loved shopping in this store! They had a great selection, their prices were very reasonable and the staff were super amazing! I am only at Blue Mountain once a year, but would highly recommend shopping here!!!

Awesome store! Was stressing about finishing up some last minute gifts and I walked into Sinergy and was blown away. Great customer service. Josh was so nice and helpful. He made it so easy to get all my gifts. Will definitely be back.

Lorie 3 reviews·1 photo Had a great experience with Josh out of the Blue Mountain store!! He went above and beyond to offer great customer service! Despite difficulties with delivery with Canada Post, Josh stayed in touch and personally went out of his way to make sure I received this awesome sweatshirt. Will definitely promote the store and this business! Thanks again Josh!
