Got kicked out for holding a coffee when it is not stated anywhere at the entrance that no drinks were allowed.

Their cloth is so nice but Unfortunately the lady that is working there is so rude

I love the one size fits all rights they have here, I have so many pairs. The staff are fantastic and friendly! Such a wonderful place to shop and I can't wait to see the spring line!!

Store was crowded with no social distancing enforced compared to other shops who had customers wait outside. Had to try on clothes over top. Cashier had attitude because her debit machine was finicky. Sadly, will not recommend or return.

Found beautiful items made in Italy that were stylish and trendy and came in XL and xxl. The store has clothing and shoes as well as accessories that are unique and and well priced . Lots of sale items as well . I was in there twice a day in 4 days abd found new things to purchase each time. Can’t wait to see their new collections

Sadly, I can only give this store/staff 2 stars. I have shopped here a few times as I do like their clothing and accessories. However, each time in the last 8+ years that I have been in this store the customer service is cold, rude and unwelcoming. I was commenting on this experience to a friend after leaving the store this weekend and a group of ladies overheard me and came over to say that they agreed and have stopped shopping there. I shop in Toronto on a regular basis, and have also shopped in Montreal, Scotland, and NYC. In none of these places am I made to feel not welcome in their stores or get a vibe of 'being lucky that I am allowed to shop there'. This weekend a friend asked if they could try something on, after using the change rooms at a previous store, and the response was cold and dismissive. Stores have different protocols due to Covid19 so she thought it best to ask if she is allowed to try something on. Not only was she told 'No', which is fine as we all have different levels of comfort with shopping with the virus, the staff member remarked to another staff member a comment about 'us not knowing there is a pandemic'. At the start of our shopping experience, we all took out our hand sanitizer and cleaned our hands prior to touching any items. We were immediately chastised for not using the store sanitizer, not reminded/requested but spoke to in a snarky manner. Many staff members and friends of mine also travel to Collingwood for a weekend or a day to shop and enjoy nature. I checked in with many others before writing this review to see if I possibly just had an 'off experience' this weekend and in my past. I was assured that it was not just me but they have experienced similar poor customer service. Again, it is sad that I will not only no longer shop at this store but encourage others not to as their inventory is quite nice, diverse, and of a good quality. The poor customer service experience outweighs the inventory.

Nice things, but the blonde lady working there was cold and rude. When I first walked in she was friendly, and pleasant, but despite the lovely clothing pieces there I only saw one thing that interested me at the moment. It cost $10. Upon payment, i tried to engage is some friendly, short conversation about how much I loved the scarf I was buying, and she ignored me. After my payment was processed she coldly asked me if I needed a bag. There was no "thank you" or enjoy your weekend from her. When I said those words to HER on our way out, there was no reciprocation. I guess I didn't spend enough to be worthy of her respect or general kindness..... Needless to say, I won't be back.
