The BLT was very good and the service was friendly and quick. I was so very pleasantly surprised by the availability of gluten-free options at this spot. I was not expecting there to be any in Thornbury at all! I bought some gluten-free breadcrumbs to take home. They also have gluten-free baked goods, baguettes, bread loaves, croutons, you name it. Will be returning!
H	Heather McFarlane on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I absolutely love the food, drinks and baked goods at the bakery. I wanted to write a review to explain that the service needs work. As someone who is very experienced in the food industry and offering quick and great customer service. The service while having your order taken is friendly but after that point it becomes a bit of a mess. The wait times are quite ridiculous and seems like there is no cohesion between front of house staff. There is no process, no order and thus results in a very inefficient method of delivering food or drink. The past two times I have ordered from the bakery I decided to pre-order my lunch ahead of time. I ordered an hour to an hour and a half before my scheduled pick up time and yet both times I still ended up waiting 15-20 minutes for my sandwich. As well, it would be more efficient if the store had a designated "online order" section where orders are placed so that customers who ordered online can just come in, grab their order, and go. this would eliminate wait times for the customer and free up time for your front of house staff to have to deal with them. Overall, the bakery is a fantastic place to eat but its really off putting to have to constantly be frustrated every time you leave because of the service.

Cinnamon Bun 2 tier cake with matching cupcakes. People are still talking about it days later, it was a huge hit. Thank you so much!

Had the chicken waffle sandwich, I think it might have been the best fried chicken sandwich I’ve ever had, wife had an avocado chicken also great, couple cookies to go for later also delicious. Great experience. Looking forward to my next meal.

We bought a Apple pie which was delicious, cinnamon roll that also was very good, a couple of Jamaican beef patties and a carrot cream cheese muffin. Everything was very good, I wish I was able to try the bigger cinnamon roll as they only had the small one left.

Bathrooms aren’t ideal and weren't stocked and it was first thing in the morning so be sure to check before you “go”. Was very much a laidback pace so glad I wasn’t in a hurry at any point but everyone seemed happy with it so matched the clientele. Food & coffee was great! Lots of plugs for devices!! <3
