J	Jeff S. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2 trips into the store. 7 units of 2-pack lightbulbs in stock (according to the website) that noone could find but there were 3-4 individual bulbs displayed. 2 CS reps, 3 managers, and 4 phone calls. Wouldn't sell the individual bulbs to match the price of a 2 pack. "Sorry, there's nothing we can do." After 2 weeks, I finally have the headlight bulbs I went in for. What a frustrating experience. Sincerest thanks to Chase, one of the managers, who got the job done. Amazon almost got my money instead.
B	Brandi Saunders on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We chose this location over whitecourts Canadian Tire as the website said you had 14 of a certain air mattress in stock. Which you didn't. We then found an equivalent that showed 73.99 on the shelf tag but rang up 104. When we asked about honouring the price we were told no, that it was for a different one - even though there was 5 of the item on the shelf in that spot. The cashier said "we have a lot of teenagers that do the stocking and mess up". Way to throw other employees under the bus. We asked to speak to a manager and after 10 minutes a young person comes (managers usually have a name tag stating their position or name and he didn't) and says we aren't honouring the price as they were in the wrong spot. I show him the photo I have and he says "the one in the photo is in the right spot but yours wasn't". It was the exact same mattress sitting on the counter. After a discussion about that he says "well we aren't honouring the price they are all in the wrong spot" after just saying the ones that he looked at on the shelf are the correct ones BUT didn't think I had the photo to know which ones. Needless to say we left your store and went to Walmart for the air mattresses.
P	Pieter Tolsma on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unbelievable clusterf*ck. Ordered 2 tires online, came after the time specified. Order wasn’t even picked. Waited an HOUR AND A HALF for the guy to find my tires only to be told they could only find one. Drove an hour and 15 to waste my time at this joke factory. No effort was made to try and rectify the situation, they only cancelled my order. Guess they got us by the balls by being the only CT around the area.

T	Tiana Sloat on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tried to purchase a lawnmower, go to customer service and it takes time to find someone who can even find out where this push mower is. Find the person, he takes 10 minutes to determine that the one person who can access this lawnmower which is stored off site is on lunch for another 15 minutes. All told it took about 20 minutes to find out I needed to wait an additional 15 minutes for the remainder of the key holders lunch plus another 20-25 minutes for them to go over to this other place to see if this particular model was even in stock. What a chaotic store. What if this person who had the key was gone for the day? Are customers not able to get lawnmowers outside of their working hours?
