★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was told by the make up staff that if I did not like a makeup product I could ruturn within 14 days, even if opened.
Purchased primer on the Friday, went to return the product on the following Sunday
because it was aweful, and they refused to take it back because it was opened and they could not resell it.
Advised them that it was their staff that told me I could return a product if I was not happy, and they still refused.
Will not purchase here again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wheel chair access a little awkward. The person using the wheel chair has to enter parking lot - drivers lane - in order to drive up the curb. Hence the drop of one star.

Every time i walk into that location I am greeted with a smile and treated with respect, it doesn't matter what department I am dealing with. The staff are extremely helpful and show me what true customer satisfaction means! From management all the way down to part time they show what it means to deliver an incredible shopping experience!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This used to be a really well run pharmacy. But not anymore my husband dropped off a prescription to be filled on Tuesday January 11th and was told it would take an hour. He was not able to return for it till Thursday 13th Jan and was told it was not ready . He was not able to wait and said he would return again on Friday evening but he was assured it would be ready Friday morning. When he returned Friday evening again it was not ready. This is unacceptable it should have been ready for pick up by now. They have had three days to fill this prescription we will no longer be using this pharmacy as they do not care about customer service anymore. my husband was told again its was not ready and he has to come back again on Saturday 15th January after lunch when it may be ready. In the mean time his health is suffering as his prescription has been changed and he was supposed to be on the new medication by now. I am disgusted at their lack of concern for their customers.
