★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pharmasave recently changed pharmacists , theyre working hard at filling the shoes left by Mr Loo. Struggling but I'm positive they'll adapt to the internal changes.
Ideal Protein Clinic being offered at a select few Pharmasave locations. Monitored and coached weight loss and health program.
After one week my type 2 diabetes had in range blood glucose readings , after two weeks I'm down 6 inches. Huge recommendation for the coach Carole, owner John and Stephanie pharmacist.
Only 4 stars as there is one very dour "the sky is falling" clerk , who has been snarky and apparently not just with me.(small town- gets around) If you're tired of your job, front line customer service is not for you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Further to my complaint, I did receive a gift card and had a very pleasant phone conversation with the store manager. She was shocked at my experience with the pharmacist.
Earlier today I had an appointment in Sooke which I’m unfamiliar with the town as I live in Langford.
I’m 73 yrs old & have a prolapse issue (having surgery in two weeks)needing to use a bathroom urgently! The Petro station was closed for construction.
At the Sooke store pharmacy I was met with a very rude pharmacist who refused me the use of their bathroom.
Told me to go across the street to the café.
Upon exiting the store I couldn’t see a café across the street. Coming close to having an accident, Forbes Pharmacy, a block away allowed me to use their bathroom. Luckily!
When I went back to Pharmasave to let them know that Forbes allowed me, again met with that very rude, loud mouthed, disrespectful young woman.
There was no café across the street which she just said she didn’t know & due to covid to protect the staff. I exchanged very angry words with her. The manager wasn’t there.
She should be fired!!!!
I have never experienced such bad service from a store in my lifetime. This was an emergency!!!
Besides Forbes Pharmacy, the Dollar store & Tim Horton’s all offered me the use of their bathroom.
I will never set foot in a Pharmasave store again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Every time I call to refill my prescription I am told I am out of refills for a medication I need to take every day, forever, or I will die. I’ve filled it my entire life and have never had to have the same argument every single time I call into a pharmacy. If they need to speak to my doctor, that’s fine, they could have formulated a coherent sentence instead of making it difficult for me to order my medication every time. The last time I called one of the pharmacists was saying something about how I need to get blood tests done and they’re trying to make sure I get the best care… they don’t even understand what I have apparently. I see a specialist every 3 months and when I called his office he was dumbfounded as well. I will be switching pharmacies ASAP.
On another note, the time before that I called a week ahead to order refills, giving them enough time as I know they’re disorganized. When I went to pick up a week later my order wasn’t ready and was not in stock, no notice or anything, and asked me to come back a few days later.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ a worker accused my 2 Spanish friends of stealing and followed us around the whole store she never came up to me. i was with them the whole time, she had a very rude tone towards us, instead of asking us to leave she got more workers to follow us around.
