After finding a piece in my driveway and then a piece landing in my backyard, I called to express my concern that it was dangerous to my young children. Stacy's response was to "keep my kids inside". It took 2 months for it to be fixed which is extremely negligent considering the hazard to my family and my property. Glad nobody was hurt.

Sending bullying messages with threat of eviction. Will not provide heat during this cold spell. Not at all what I expected from someone from Sooke. Lived there 20 years and now where have all the good people gone?
