He understood what our needs were, having been in our shoes many years ago, so there was a connection right off the bat. Tim was accommodating and always available when we needed help (even on holiday!) or wanted to look at houses and was able to get us some viewings at the last minute to maximize our time in town to house hunt. He guided us through the Covid process and was respectful of the current situation so we felt at ease. Because we were coming from out of town, he kindly offered to make arrangements for us to get into our new home on our closing day even though it was very late at night--a detail that was very much appreciated!
