S	Shelby Whalen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This store wouldn't let me carry my purse with me when I entered, while none of the other Canadian Tires in town don't seem to have any problems with that. Don't go to the store if you don't feel comfortable giving your belongings to strangers. Update: I went back to this store with my roommate recently and saw the super ghetto wall of pictures of alleged thieves posted up by the cash registers. I had no idea that stores still actually did this. Really classy look ?
W	Will Bracks on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Call lean and the ladies in the garden centre really helped me out finding some a sp asparagus! Not only did I learn things today, but every time I eat my asparagus I will think of this positive interaction! Thank you ladies
K	Kelly R on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A woman named heather who appeared to be in management was SO rude to an older man also an employee named Lawrence. Lawrence had just helped me and was kind courteous and knowledgeable about the store and directed me exactly to the area I needed. I saw and clearly heard heather putting him down, and I could tell he was embarrassed as she was so loud myself and other customers were looking. I am in a management position myself and I would never reprimand one of my employees in front of customers in the store. It is completely unprofessional and not acceptable to treat people in that matter. Great job to Lawrence thank you very much for your help and I hope you have better experiences with this woman in the future

The store gives customers a very hard time and only offers store credit. I am wondering if this store buys refurbished or damaged goods and passes them off as new items? I will not be purchasing anything more at this store.

Well, I did, at this location. But yet, I saw other people wearing their backpacks with no problems. I felt discriminated against because I have very visible face tattoos. People who have visible tattoos anywhere on their body are not criminals!! Do not support this store!!
N	Nicole Ainsworth on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The mechanic did a great job fixing the issue on my car, However the two gentlemen at the front were very rude and condescending. One of the men asked about a part and I simply replied I am not sure because I am not very knowledgeable when it comes to cars. Instead of being kind and explaining to me what it is, he looked at me with a judgmental face and walked away and continued with his rude tone. Very poor customer service at the front. They Did not ask me if I wanted to fix the spring issue they found or other issues for that matter, but put on my paperwork that they did ask and wrote that I had said "No" when I was not even asked. This is quite fraudulent in my opinion. A liability issue that they should be concerned about. I will not come back to this location again. I am shocked with the lack of care they have for their costumers in the automotive department. I am also disappointed in the smug attitudes presented when you are unsure about the different parts of a car. Unprofessional approach. Part of the job is to educate people who lack knowledge in an area without judgement. Not belittle them. I worked in the dental field and it wouldn't be very kind and professional of me to point at a structure of a tooth on an X-ray and be like "oh you don't know what that is," and then not explain it. I feel that this is a perfect example to reflect on. Would not recommend bringing your car here. Save your self the trouble. Not trust worthy.

Tracy and Crystal were so accommodating and helpful, helping me pick the right paint type and colour for my project over the phone, and having it available as curbside. It was great customer service! Thanks team!

The staff at this location are very friendly, very helpful, and pretty attentive. Stock for this store is pretty thin, head office could probably give it a higher inventory priority.. so I hope they read this. But your staff are great and probably should get paid a little more to keep them. Nice cashier team, great floor staff. Nice local folks. I go here often and am rarely disappointed.
