Canadian Tire Auto Service Centre

Who is answering the phones at this store?!?! I've called about 10 times, select the department that I want and go on hold. After a brief hold, I am looped back to the beginning and again asked which department I need and what service and go on hold. Looped back to the beginning again and again and again. OR the alternative happens and you just plain get hung up on or the phone rings out. No voice-mail, no let us call you back, nada! This is ridiculous and unprofessional. Do you even want the business? Doesn't seem like you do. Maybe don't have a phone line if you have no intention of answering it.

I recently bought a second hand Subaru and brought it to Canadian Tire for inspection and service. Whatever it is you need the man to see is Bill Clarke. Bill was professional, efficient and most of all personable when helping me. He took time to explain what service diagnosis was for the car and brought me to the floor to review. Also, he gave, what seemed to me, honest advice about when certain maintenance did / did not need to be done. Bill Clarke is the man, see him for help with auto related items. Thanks for your help!

This store automotive customer service even not worth for 1star!!!! A guy who usually get the phone in every morning time, he always giving me an attitute when I ask to get appointment every single moments. What was the big deal to deal with make an appoinment? Why you just hold the phone each single time while someone ask you to make an appoinment!!!!! why are you being hostile in way your speak? Who do you think you are? Why you getting pay for it? Did u even get trained to deal with customer? Or brain problem with family background? Did someone affect to your personality? Why you guys still giving pay for him? It looked he got lots of complain before in this google reviews. Karma will must bite you back. you will must pay.

This happened (July 3 @ 12:12pm) and my experience was horrible and beyond shocked how rude, immature and VERY unprofessional the employee I was talking to from this store in the AUTOMOTIVE department. STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE. This store do not even deserve 1 star after having that conversation with that horrible human being. I am about to purchase over a thousand dollar set of tires online for my vehicle and called the AUTOMOTIVE service and see how much would they charge for tire change. Whoever answer that call from AUTOMOTIVE department must be fired if Canadian Tire DON'T wanna lose future loyal customers. I can guarantee that HE do not care about Canadian Tire as a company as he do not care about me trying to spend over a thousand dollars for this store. I am just trying to ask some legitimate questions and just want 30 seconds of his time but he chose to hang up on me for he said he is busy. I was even polite to ask him to please bear with me as I am looking for the correct information of my car to avoid confusion but he instead just hang up like a CHILD who has TEMPER TANTRUMS. If He don’t care about me who is about to spend over a thousand dollars to bring business to the company in exchange for 30 seconds of his paid time by the Canadian Tire, I’m wondering how he treat those customers who spend less than that. To the extremely RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL person who answered my call, my TIME is as precious as your time SIR! If you do not wish to answer legitimate questions from customers then clearly you're in the wrong business and if you hate getting calls then QUIT YOUR JOB to spare Canadian Tire an embarrassment and losing business for having YOU. You are dragging down some good employee from this store and that how selfish of you. Mopping floor as a job do not require answering calls from customers just to give you an idea. I'm wondering how the elders are treated when they call this store and you happen to be on the other line. To the executive officers and Shareholders of Canadian Tire who are reading this, you're setting your bar really really low for having this horrible PERSON representing your company. I am a loyal Canadian Tire customer and now I will also cancel my triangle Mastercard. I will promise not to bring business to this company EVER. I know it doesn't affect that much in your business but I will spread words to every person I know that is trying to bring business with Canadian Tire in the future. I already filed a complaint at the head office and I'm hoping it's not too late for the company to address this issue before losing another loyal customers.

Stopped in last min to get some help with some missing lug nuts we discovered after my car started making a horrible sound. Everyone was so lovely and went the extra mile to help us out. The thing that really stood out was just the genuine care and even great conversation!! You have some wonderful, kind hearted people on your team working there! Kudos you rescued us and made our night!!

I need it Winter Tires for my GMC vehicle, and Tao the Manager of the Shop suggested me to get the Michelin tires for my SUV. They had it installed and also they check to see if there was anything else my vehicle was in need of repair work need it. Peter the installer was so nice to pack my All Season Tires in a Bag without any ripping and cleaned. I have taken my vehicle for repairs for many years now and I trust thier work and dedication plus they care for the customer and tell you what is need it and what you don't need as many other shops that try to sell you things you don't need. I would recommend this location to anyone who needs any kind of work for your vehicle. Clean Shop, Nice and pleasant staff plus excellent service. This store automotive customer service even not worth for 1star!!!! I took my VAN two days ago and this was my bad experience. First; the lady at the front desk was bored or tired attitude -to be nice with her- I guess you can improve customer service. Second; the inspection was very poor or the mechanics maybe were not interested in my car -I was told just to change the battery and I know my van need more work to do- what a difference with Canadian tire at marine way. I took another Van next day to Canadian tire at marine way and the feedback about my van was wayyyy better. Hope this will help to improve your customer service.

Go to Canadian tire to buy camping gear never to fix your car or change a tire, just waited 2 hours to have them tell me they can't fix my tire, they probably had made this assesment in the first 2 minites , had to actually ask to see what was going on or they would have had me waiting another 2 hours! Not the first time I have had bad service. Will never be back to fix anything regarding my vehicles.
