★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This company started managing where I live and it’s just terrible. I’ve lived here for 25 years and now I hate it. They have terrible staff especially their maintenance guy. Rude and unprofessional. Do not recommend anything about this company. Truly disappointing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ While they’re incompetent, they try to make for it with indifference and blame shifting.
An example of this would be their general manager insisting that the 6 days it took to replace a broken fridge was really only a day and a half.
This was after half a dozen calls directly to him, bypassing the absent on site manager.
The emergency number is a message service that does nothing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They rarely return a call to Tennents. They hide behind their answering machines. They just don't seem to have a clue of what they're doing.
Two years and they can't Finnish repairs to 7 belconies at Alexandra Place. They just don't care about the building; and it shows. What do you have to do to get fired there? Very poor management!

The profile of the operational manager with 30 years of experience in co-op housing and claiming to work toward positive relations is in question!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abrupt and rude with tenants, never present when needed, property manager never answers the phone ... maybe, if you are lucky, she will answer your email - usually with an excuse, impertinence or a lie. Too bad there is no option for zero stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was physically assaulted by property manager of "Pendrellis", appointed by Terra property management because I recommended my senior mom with very limited English don't sign empty moving out paper (I suspect manager Alejandro wanted to keep some deposit money, why else you want to make someone to sign empty moving out forms?). After I complained to Tera about it , they told me that I should bring them the police report(police was involved in it) and nothing else have been done on their part. Extremely bad experience.
