He was quick to help us find carpet cleaners and was willing to go above an beyond to help us out. If you’re looking for a property manager who’s on top of it, he’s your guy. I highly recommend Maxwell.

Despite many obstacles I faced with finding a property, Max was there to assist with any situation I encountered and was friendly and helpful throughout the entire process. It’s so refreshing to find someone who genuinely goes out of their way to ensure you have everything you need by communicating efficiently and following up with every query made. I had been using a property manager for 7 months with no luck renting the place, and after one conversation with Maxwell I knew I had made a bad decision on the first one. Maxwell was quick and efficient. He went out of his way to communicate and make me feel comfortable, especially since he knew I had a horrible experience with the previous property manager. My condo was rented in less than 2 weeks from our first conversation, with great tenants, and the process was so simple. He took all the stress out of it! The fees/ details were all clearly communicated up front with no surprises. Communication is QUICK, he is very knowledgeable, and super efficient. I would highly recommend his services to anyone in the GVA in need of a property manager.
