Mostly staffed by highschool kids which while I do support.. Some are very helpful others ignore you and act busy while avoiding eye contact George in automotive is great and always helpful and knowledgeable. +++

I was even lucky enough to be babysat when I couldn't find what they said was there (it was there). Update* They have my pup a biscuit and lovins.
A	Anonymous on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visit this Canadian Tire frequently. The selection is good. Unfortunately the staff in the past few years have gone quite downhill. Many young teenagers have been hired and are not adequately trained in customer service. I regularly visit the hardware/tool department and the manager is very rude and almost uninterested in dealing with customers. It directly reflects in his staff as they have no knowledge of anything in the department. Numerous times I’ve found items showing in stock on the website and it’s not in stock on the shelf. Every time I ask staff to look it’s a chaotic process that takes 15-20 minutes. Last time I came here to look the staff said they’d be back and never returned. Overall I like the store itself, unfortunately the staff is extremely undertrained.

Not so much at the returns desk. Overall it's slightly above average for customer atmosphere and experience and price wise better than most, good impulse buys and stock items........oh and noone tackled me for make issues hahaha so 2 thumbs guys. ? ? and a snap from this d.i.y diva ! ?
E	Em Redford on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a flat tire just before Port Alberni and immediately stopped and changed to our spare. Stopped at Canadian Tire to put air in the tire to check it. The guy in the tire shop was incredibly rude, impatient and unwilling to help in any way other than to sell us a new tire. My husband is a mechanic and knows all about tires and didn't need the snide and condescending attitude. On a good note - the rest of the clerks inside the store were lovely and helpful. The tire guy - typical situation where he is happy to rip you off so he can make a sale.

You must indicate the size of your bottle, then pay the price. Somebody will then fill up your bottle. Place: in front of the shop.
