Jessica was very helpful, was respectful of the time we needed to make a decision and was professional in all senses of the word. Our washer (and dryer) were delivered on time and as promised with the old units pulled out per our requests. Very good experience.
K	KwGulla on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Inspect furniture thoroughly when taking delivery. Like inside and out. I paid $400 for a warranty on a couch that cost 4K. They delivered it with some hidden damage and when I found it and called in they refuse to fix the issue without it costing me $400. For something they sold me and delivered damaged. That’s messed up. Where on earth can you buy products and not have them covered by the retailer or mfg warranty? Since when do customers pay when the business sells bunk goods or wreck said goods and have the owner pretty much tell you “too bad”. Will never give them my money again. Their warranty system is either a scam or their owner just doesn’t care. Literally 4 grand to be told to kick rocks.

She was super helpful and very professional, I had a great experience. I highly recommend if you are looking into buying a new bed or something of that sort to try them out.

Monika took care of everything and made the entire purchase fast and easy. The Brick also helped me get rid of my old oven and it helped me so much. This store has always been great to me even when I lived there a few years ago and they helped me get into a great sectional which I majorly miss! Thankful for this store and my friend who does whatever she can to help me out! Including fufilling all of my housey desires.

At times we were very frustrated, but Jennifer always gave us all the facts and kept us posted on all updates. Definitely recommend dealing with her when you have questions.
