No trying to upsell me when I knew what I wanted, no waiting around and super polite. Brandon Rose was super friendly in the store and the delivery team was very polite to my mother. I will definitely be back for our next appliance purchase.

We have been looking for a new fridge, and with all the delays currently, we kept putting it off. Well, it finally died and we needed one ASAP. I did not expect anything to be in stock. They had stock, lower priced from other retailers for the same model and was delivered 24 hours after our order was placed on the website. The delivery team was amazing as well. Thank you for an easy and stress free experience. I will be recommending your company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We needed a dishwasher and did plenty of research before heading out to buy. We are glad we did because the in-store sales did not offer much in details or comparisons to other models. We were left to wander the showroom and make up our own stats or google for ourselves. However, both the price and delivery were some of the best we found, and it arrived even sooner than promised. Dishwasher works great and is as expected.

Natasha was so helpful in choosing all the appliances for my new build, I came in with some ideas in mind and she was very knowledgeable and patient in explaining all details and giving her honest opinion without pushing into anything that wasn't necessary.
I absolutely love the fact that I don't need to worry about storing the appliances in case they arrive before the home is ready, they will hold items for up to 24 months.
I will update this review after delivery but highly recommend up to this point as the customer service was amazing and the buying process was so easy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We did a lot of online research for our appliances, but wanted to see them 'in person.' We went to CAS in Stoney Creek and saw a good selection. Our salesman Jeremy was very good; not pushy, answered all our questions and gave us very good information and pricing quotes. Despite an error on my part regarding the size requirement of our fridge, Jeremy quickly helped us find an alternative and we got our appliances within a week. The delivery guys were excellent and were very mindful of our home and the appliances. A very pleasant experience!

I really enjoyed that they have an app to track your delivery...we were #11 of 12 and it updated us with accurate ETA's the day of....which was helpful when the initial window they give is 2-6! The delivery team was friendly, quick and did everything great. It was a very good experience and pricing was fair and honest. Enjoyed being able to organize delivery and install of our new washer and removal of our old washer with one company not multiples and it all happened in the same exact moment. All I did was place the order and they did the rest :) I am so happy with the Canadian Appliance service from sales to install and everything between. Thank you for helping ...now momma can get back to her laundry.

We had such a positive experience working with Natasha. She is charming, knowledgeable and helpful. My husband loves to cook, and until now we have had a truly terrible kitchen. We purchased 6 appliances --almost all Bosch. Natasha's knowledge about the specific characteristics of each appliance helped us develop a vision for the kitchen and alleviated our stress over making such a big decision. She also took time to get to know us and our lifestyle. Finally, we appreciated their flexibility regarding delivery schedule.
