★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I made an online order for 2 shovels that were on sale. I paid online and went to pick it up when it was ready. I got an email saying it was ready. I went to the store and they told me to wait in line. I had to wait for an available cashier and there was a long line up with only 1 cashier. It was inefficient and unprofessional. The 2 shovels I bought are also a bit rusty and dirty considering they're supposed to be new.

40AM. SO I walk out went down the street to liquidators floors In Stoney Creek. Got a great deal on 10mm luxury Vinal floors spent alot of money. I guess when yr a BIG NATIONAL COMPANY YOU DONT CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMERS..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is such a convenient place for a building supply store. And that is exactly where the compliments end. The last two encounters with staff at this store were jaw dropping awful. I have stopped at this store to and from work at least 50 times and I'd say at least 50% of the time I left disappointed, mostly because the stock levels are shockingly bad on staple items. The staff is either over the top great or you are left to feel that you have ruined their day by asking for help. One recent visit the cashier wanted me to walk away from a $200 discount because she would "have to put it all through again". The other day the hanger was empty but I could see the SKU I wanted on the shelf that required a ladder to access. You'd have thought I had asked a guy in plumbing supplies for a loaf of fresh bread instead of some copper elbows. Please - please put in a Lowes and new management.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you’re a lady don’t go into this store by yourself! Went in here to get boxes because I’m moving. The associate at customer service directed me to aisle 27! The boxes were all the way up, asked for assistance on 4 different occasions not once did anybody show up to help me get the boxes from the top! Left the store after waiting for 45MINS without the boxes because help did not come

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good store just do not buy any Ego tools. Stick with something that has an actual repair shop around to take care of your warranty issues.
Ego 650 leaf blower works amazing and in 2 months has died on me leaving me with a $600 paperweight until they send a replacement, unlike other manufacturers that can replace the unit right away.
