I recently bought a mouse here and I was experiencing double-clicking issues. I tested it out at home and over the course of 100 clicks, I was getting a bit over 100 results. Went in to get an exchange and they said they only exchange defective products. The employee "tested" it out by clicking a couple times and said it's not defective. What kind of paltry "test" was that? They didn't even do the bare minimum. Lmao. I have a feeling they didn't want to exchange it cuz it was on sale when I bought it. Pretty sad peeps... If you have any doubts on whether you might have to return/exchange a product you buy, highly suggest you buy from somewhere else.

I walked in the store only to buy a usb, however sale on laptops caught my eye. Sale associate named Lisa approached me and asked if I needed some help. I had so many questions and she had answers for every single question with patience, care and amazing knowledge. Very pleasant person to talk to. Unfortunately, laptop I wanted to buy, your store had only a floor model and I ended up going to another location to purchase. Thank you Lisa for your help and for doing absolutely everything to find a right product for me. ❀️

Previously had good experiences shopping here, even with a return. But I was taken aback by today’s experience. Won’t be shopping at Canada Computers anymore. I returned a USB hub/SD card reader. The store accepted it - so that’s good. However, a non-uniformed man overheard my explanation for returning and decided to join the conversion and explain the differences between megabytes and megabits when I couldn’t remember it exactly. I found the SD card reader very slow compared to an Anker SD card reader I own/lost; theirs was topping out at 20MB/s when I have seen 80-100 MB/s with the Anker SD card reader. He became argumentative about the differences between megabytes and megabits when all I really wanted was a faster SD card reader. It was very passive aggressive interaction. Rather than trying to help a customer, he decided to question my knowledge of SD cards and wouldn’t stop about megabytes versus megabits. I’ve had good experiences with other staff at this store. This non-uniformed person is probably a manager. Customers are not always right; they can sometimes be unreasonable. But in this case, the non-uniformed individual decided to start a debate instead of steering the conversation towards suggesting another SD card reader.

The store staff were really friendly and extremely helpful. I had messed up building a computer and they helped me the best that they could. When a refund for an item wouldn't go through the manager even stepped out to help me and talked with the bank over the issue.

Cool place with knowledgeable staff, good selection of computers, electronics and accessories. Decent prices too. I recently had my old computer bite the dust after 10 yrs and they gave me good advice and set me up with a suitable replacement. At a very reasonable cost the service guy also transferred the hard drive and cd drive from my old computer and tested everything. Good experiences, highly recommended.

I just visited the store, and I heard they had an amazing service department. My 8 year old Dell Laptop was not working. I spoke to Michael the repair technician, and he knew exactly what the problem was within minutes. Omg I was so happy, I didn't have to replace my old computer. He was honest, kind and knowledgeable. He provided excellent advice as to where I could purchase my battery, and gave me the model #, and specifics, as to how to replace it. My Husband shops at that store regularly, because of the yeoman service. I bought a printer from them last year, and I love it. Thankyou for hiring Michael, and I will tell others of my great experience, Annie.

The only game in town for the PC-builder crowd... Stock at the store was quite low (I'll chalk that one up to the global shipping/manufacturing challenge), but was able to find the parts I needed. Service was very helpful, and at checkout they worked it so that I could use an in-store coupon for part of my purchase. Always appreciate when they go that extra mile!

I had a wonderful experience at this Canada Computers location. I visited them because I had an issue with a motherboard that I purchased for my daughter. Michael at the Technical Service desk happily received us and took the time to help us. His professional and kind demeanor put us at ease and tested the motherboard. He demonstrated nicely that the MB was indeed in good working order. Michael understood that this was most likely as result of the Operating System and that there was probably a configuration/driver conflict that is causing the low audio output that we experience at home. I would definitely recommend Canada Computers. Shout out to Svetlana at the customer service desk was also very kind and professional.
