★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been to this establishment twice for sugaring and each time I had a very positive experience. The lady that serviced me both times is the owner, she was very calming and kept up small talk the whole time to avoid awkwardness.
Calla's is very clean, organized and the scheduling always runs on time. I would highly recommend for sugaring!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time here and I saw Caitlyn for a lash lift and tint (sorry if I spelt your name wrong) and she was amazing! Very gentle and fully explained everything she was doing, she also stayed with me to chat while it was setting which was super awesome, rather then laying alone with my eyes tape shut. This experience made me feel very relaxed and confident so I have to say thank you ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The boutique itself is great, great staff and super friendly. They did an excellent job on my nails and the gel lasted longer than any place I have ever been to. It’s pretty pricy tho. However, the reason I am giving it a three star rating is because their office keeps messaging me over and over again asking for someone else. I was totally okay with the mess up the first time, because I called to tell about all the calls and messages and the lady reassured me that it wouldn’t happen again. Then this morning I received more messages asking for this lady and it’s become quite a nuisance, and what makes me equally frustrated is that the lady I talked to said she removed my number so it can’t be texted to and called and clearly she did not.

This is the only place I will buy my Eminence skin care products because, unlike many other places I've been that sell this line, the staff at Calla are incredibly knowledgeable about Eminence and I always feel completely satisfied with the advice I've been given about any skin care or product concerns I have. I highly recommend Calla to anyone looking for professional advice on skin care and not just a place that wants to make a sale.
