As a new father of baby girl and also a proud dog owner, I had few of my garments almost ruined and have developed some nasty stains.They managed to take it all out and my favourite Oilers jersey amongst a trove of shirts, trousers and other stuff all got nice and clean. I must also note that I am surprised that the stuff coming out from them has no smell which is very important to us as our dog Shiba has some weird allergies so anything we can do to stop bringing harsh chemicals to the house, is a plus.

I took a dress in to be hemmed and when I went to pick it up I noticed multiple stains on the dress. I know for certain that they were not on the dress prior to taking it in, one was very noticeable on the front on the dress that I would of most definitely noticed when trying it on at their store for measurements. When inquiring about it, the lady was quite rude to me telling me that the stains must of been on the dress prior. This dress was brand new and never taken out of its plastic bag! I paid (reluctantly) paying way more than she originally quoted me for the hem! I left feeling very upset over the whole experience. I then took my dress to another cleaner, who were able to remove the stains with prompt service and in a very professional matter. I don't typically write reviews but felt I had to because I was treated so poorly. I will definitely not be doing business with them again.

I've taken all my high end designer silk shirts here and they always good an excellent job. I don't trust anybody else to do it right anymore, except EVERGREEN DRY CLEANERS !!!.

They found the original slider in the bag and repaired it free of charge! They could have easily charged me the $50 and I would have paid no questions asked. They have earned a regular customer. The blanket used to be soft and fluffy, now it is matted, clumpy and scratchy. Plus they tore the decorative pillow sham! These items were new and in perfect condition when I brought them in. When I told them I was un happy they said someone would call me the next day. No one ever called. Then they lied to me when I went back a week later, I said no one called and they said we tried to call. I checked my phone no call and no message. Never again will I use this business and I will make it my mission to tell whoever will listen about my story. ?
