★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered my food and asked to add lettuce tomato and extra pickles to both my burgers and on top of unfriendly attitude receiving my order.... On my order, I received little pickles, and a tiny tomato disc in each burger. Was there a tomato shortage or just negligence and not a care for Customer service or the customers order.
Anyways, I was too far to return to correct my order, but I won't be returning here ever again.
Anyone that places an order at this location. Please check your order before leaving. You might end up with a similar situation as me.
A word to management. You should be on top of this. This creates a loss of repeat customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service was ridiculously slow . I waited long enough that the order b4 finished eating. The 1 before came back to complain. & I saw the cashiers go from taking order & making orders with the same gloves. After watching my poutine sit under light as it waited for a simple whopper Yes that my order 18 minutes & it still wasn't ready when I cancelled

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Same food quality as other chain stores but employees were ALOT more pleasant to help you there it's nice to see that. Not the closest to where I live but will visit more frequently now. Only issue that was not to nice to see messy self serve area could not find a dry spot to put my cup.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food here was really good. I got the bacon king. It had tons of bacon. I also got the ice cream and it was pretty good. It did take a little while to get my food but other than that it was delicious and a comfortable experience with the family.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Going in person I don't have very many issues food is usually fresh and hot. DO NOT SKIP the order! This is what you may receive different colors of chicken, soggy bread, yellow lettuce, and very little mayo, not to mention is comes cold.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered on doordash a caesar salad.... this was the salad. This is the second time ordering and now both times its absolutely horrible. First time they burnt my mozza sticks. This location needs to do better! They literally dont care

The interior is clean and well maintained. A lot of items are no longer available due to covid, such as free refill and napkins. But this is understandable.
Burger is delivered to me in the right temperature, meat is cooked well but not burnt. My special request (eg. No onion) has been followed.
But the problem is I actually went for drive thru but was told food is not ready yet and ask me to go in store. There is no way to wait in car, which is super inconvenient.
