Our little dog chewed the heel tip of my brand white shoes and I took it to this repair shop to replace it. The original colour of the heel tip is baige but he said he does not carry that colour and will replace it with a brown colour. Since the shoes is white colour I wanted to make sure the new tip is not too dark for the shoe therefore I asked the repairman to show me the colour of the replacement tip but the he got upset with me and said something in our mother language which was rude!

Pick the shoes up. He pushed the shoes towards me and said the machine was very busy with attitude. I do agree they do a good job but this man is very rude. Do not recommend if you want to be treated cordially and not like you don’t even exist! Horrible!!
