★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good customer service becoming increasingly rare in 2021! A repair invoice that is fair, no big surprises, being satisfied with the work done, getting it back in the time quoted... all things I just don't expect when I carry out any transaction anymore.
It was great dealing with Scott!
