★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A really good trail for all ages since it is flat and wide open. It's a best place to watch bald eagles since I saw at least 3 pairs eagles had build the nest in this area last week. You can watch them in a close distance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't think anything could spoil the views here. And the dancing birds are so gorgeous... Not to mention the eagles, herons, etc.. that make Ladner so awesome. Easy walk and there's rarely horse droppings that you don't see coming lol

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonderful even gravel trail on West Ladner dike. Not a lot of shade, so bring sunscreen. Street parking on the north side of River Road.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is good for long walk , walk with a dog cycling and yes for birding for sure you can see some reports including bald eagle. You may see gaggle or skein of snow geese. You can see murmuration it’s possible I have not seen it yet but I saw them ground for sure.
There’s no public toilets keep in mind. No picnic tables if you’re thinking you may eat out somewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Here is one lovely walking flat trail adorned on each side with varied wild plants that blooms mostly yellow colors during summer time. Walking here is totally enjoyable, envigorating, and the views are mentally refreshing with the beautiful Frazer river and lush farmland on each side.
