Great place to spend time with family and friends. Come right before the sunset. You will be amazed how does it look in the clouds or clear skies.

Is it open to the public. Went there and they said it was only available to those living on the reserve?

Was beautiful when we rode it in 2019. But now the boardwalk is fully barricaded at both ends, with no explanation. That coupled with a full barricade across Tsawwassen Drive at Falcon Way before 41b St put a real damper on our planned cycle tour of Tsawwassen and Ladner. (On the plus side got in a lot more km looking for a route that wasn`t blocked.) We did discover on the way back that Breakwater Trail is still accessible at its endpoints (27b Ave at the north end and Ferry Causeway at the south end). It would have been much appreciated to have that information posted at the boardwalk barricade.
