★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No social distancing, no limit on entry, nore then one thousand people in a line up. People with already purchased tickets are in the same line with people with no tickets.
No rules for entry .
Been in the line for one and half hour with already purchase tickets
No staff to guide.
No double line .
Just money making

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Big Splash has transformed my childhood dreams to a parenthood savior. I have been 7 times in 3 weeks and this is one of the best places on earth. They have revitalized the original energy, cleaned everything, added great food, great atmosphere and even alchohol if that’s your thing. Thank you Big Splash for reviving a culture that our children need to experience. This isn’t highly recommended, it’s mandatory.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a great time, the area was very good for being kept up and clean through covid times. I seen a worker walking around many times cleaning workstations for the lifeguards. I would give five stars, but holy smokes, the broken concrete in certain sections of the walkways was very unpleasant on the bottom of the feet

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went on a sunday and the line was already supper long by the time they opened at 11am. We rented 2 patio tables online and one staff lead us to the back beside a volleyball court. The staff were really friendly and everything was organized when we first walked in. I do suggest coming in early because parking is very difficult since it was first come first serve. The line for the slides were also long but there were staff in each line assisting everyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had an amazing time. It's surely fun place for everyone. It's cheaper to just get a group pass so that you don't have to buy individual tickets for everyone. They have nice pizza too ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recommend you to come here earlier or later at 3pm. The tickets from the morning is $35(11am -6pm) and evening is $25.
The lockers are full easily. It costs $5 (they charged $15 for a deposit.
There are some restaurants. You can have pizza, fried or ice-cream.
The line up for the slides take 30-40 minutes but it’s fun.
They don’t allow bbq and large tents.
You go to the blue sliders. It takes faster about 10 minutes!
I came here alone from Vancouver. I took a skytrain and dropped at Brigde port station. Then I took bus 601 and took off at Hwy 17. Then i used Uber ($14).
It’s inconvenient for someone who doesn’t have a car.
It’s a free shuttle bus to Twassan Ferry from here as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The ticket price of $35 is not even worth $20 if you’re here with small kids. There only 2 slides that a 7 year old can play on. And the kiddie pool is way too small and kids get bored easily after 10 minutes.
Like the other people commented, the lineup is CRAZY! If you reserve a patio table then you could get in fast from the door beside the exit. But if not, the lineup to get into the park is very long even before it opens at 11am. And even you get in the park, the lineup is everywhere. We totally lost the interest in staying in the park and leave early.
The pools, slides and hot tub need serious renovation. The floor and water seem so dirty. And the walk way is so narrow and it’s not possible to maintain social distance in this case, I don’t know how they get approval to open under COVID protocols.
