L	LD on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst tune I’ve ever seen. Edges are still dull and you can see spot were there is no wax on my board and spots were there is a ton of extra wax that he didn’t scrap off. I was impressed how quickly they did it but now I know why. Ended up spending 20 mins taking he wax off myself, good job guys ??

They knew I was there but couldnt even be greeted. Had to beg the ski tune up guy to tell me where to find what I was looking for in the store (he was kind at least) and gave up on getting anyone to help me after 20min. Ended up with boots that dont fit my bindings. There is a large quantity of stuff in the store so that's good. It seems like if they know you then you will be helped. Only go if you dont need any assistance or want to feel like an unwelcome burden

These guys not only fixed it in record time, but my bike now rides better than when it broke in the first place. Price was also super reasonable and staff was incredibly friendly. 10/10 recommend these guys
P	Paige Roth on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a brand new E-bike and a Boomtown bike mechanic assembled it. The seat came off, the fenders came loose, the headlight came loose and bolt was lost, the crank bolts were not tightened all the way also gears were not shifting smoothly. When I mentioned this to one of the mechanics, he passed the buck saying it wasn't the mechanic's fault due to the threads on bolts, etc. I then brought the bike in to another local shop and this journeyman bike mechanic said that the product was of good quality and it was error on mechanic's part assembling the bike. I would think safety should be priority and this matter was brushed off with excuses and no return of any payment from the Boomtown bike mechanic I spoke to.
