★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ive always had an excellent experience both with shopping in person and online! I no longer live locally so online is the best option for me now. Cartolinas order shipped fast, was perfectly packed and they went above and beyond even adding a special gift to my order which blew me away! I'm always happy to support a smaller business rather than a big store and they have such beautiful, unique and high quality items! I love their items for myself and as gifts and will always recommend them to others. Although I miss the experience of their charming and beautiful historic building I'm so greatful their website is easy to use and they can ship everything right to me!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered a poster and a mug. I was impressed by the care that was taken to ensure everything arrived intact. The poster is SO awesome, I love looking at it and my mug makes my coffee taste even better, lol Seriously, I would highly recommend and I will definitely be returning for more!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely little shop with so many gifts to purchase for yourself or others! Their map selection and poster area is top-notch! So many choices!! I got a posted without the wooden dowels and some patches. There is a nice vintage feel to the store. Great stop in Nelson!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff at Cartolina are always so helpful and they continually go above and beyond. I love the history of this building and I was happy to see it flourish as a lovely gift store. I grew up here, but have lived in the Okanagan for many years and I have to visit the store when we are back. Recently, I called to inquire if they still had a product and Joanna was super helpful and informative; she sent my order that same day and I had the item soon after. Thanks so much!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My granddaughter wanted one of the canvas mushroom tote bags for Christmas, but they were out of stock, so I put my name on the list to be notified when they were back in stock. They arrived in early March, and I placed an order right away. The order was shipped the same day and arrived in good time. The tote bag exceeded our expectations, and my granddaughter is delighted with her late Christmas present.

On a recent buying trip, I accidentally left my purchase on a flight I was taking! Jenn and the team at Cartolina did their magic to ensure a replacement set of items was forwarded to me. Cartolina is a must visit while in Nelson!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My puzzle is top quality and so beautiful. Communication with Cartolina is excellent: I made a mistake in my address and they sent me the same day an email to tell me they changed it. Shipping was a bit long, but probably because I was so excited to have it… couldn’t wait!!!
