EDITED: I have shopped here many times over the last 5 years. A couple weeks ago I bought a toy set which broke almost immediately and could have ended up in an embarrassing trip to the ER! When I came back less than 4 hours after purchase to get a refund or store credit I was told I’d have to wait two weeks for the owner to get back to inspect the faulty product. The girl at the front was very nice and I have no issue with her service. I was told the owner would not give me a credit or a refund dispute me using the product once and it breaking and nearly having to go to the ER. I also was never offered my broken products back I gave them 40$ for FREE...I strongly recommend going to the other store ISIS for your toy needs in town OR ordering online. Customer loyalty is not rewarded here for shopping local. Edit: The owners reply is unfair, I was nothing but slightly irritated and I certainly did not swear or abuse the staff member that helped me. I understand you trying to make me the bad guy here but After two years of being abused by customers though the pandemic I wouldn’t do it others.I was very disappointed in the quality and made that clear. That is not bullying or abuse. Feel free to throw the faulty cheap product out. I was ASKED to leave it, cleaned wrapped tightly in two bags. In my experience, as a retail manager I would have apologized, and offered a ONE time credit. I did not expect this over a 30$ toy when I have spent 100’s of dollars here, it IS possible to be a little lenient with rules under such specific circumstances. Especially when your faulty product could have caused injury. Good luck
