★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This store has lots of great gear, my only concern is the price, I know you get what you pay for, but it's a bit out of my range. Having said that they do carry all the good stuff, arcteryx clothing, camping gear, kayaks and skis etc....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good solid option for both rental and retail with lots of the backcountry gear and even info you need. Knowledgeable staff. We rented some gear for my son and it worked great. Reserved ahead. Little problem with boot fit but that happens with rental gear I guess.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a SUP from here and I could not rate the service any higher. From the moment I walked through the door, the staff were personable and helpful without making me feel pressure to buy.
There was a problem with the board, not ROAM’s fault but they handled it professionally; going above and beyond to rectify the problem.
I would highly recommend shopping here, there’s just a top class service than you can’t get online.
