Very good service but the prices are very expensive compared to what we find at the canac a levis .. but still less expensive than the rona.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quel mauvais service dans la cours aujourd'hui le 9 juillet vers 10h. Les deux gars dans la cours pas très jeune grosse face de cochon et ce permet des commentaires comme( t' en qu' à sa t' aurais du entrer d' avant) parce que j' au pas assez reculer mon trailer. Pas de merci pas de bonjour. Le personnel à l' intérieur très gentil dommage que sa ce transporte pas à l' extérieur. Et c' est pas là première fois que je remarque leurs mauvaise humeur. À partir de maintenant J' irai ailleur.
What a bad service in the class today on July 9 at 10am. The two guys in the course not very young big pig face and this allows comments like (t 'that in his t' should have entered before) because I not enough to retreat my trailer. No thanks, no hello. The staff inside very nice pity that it does not carry outside. And this is not the first time I notice their bad mood. From now on I will go elsewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mise à jour : un représentant bien aimable m'a demandé de lui parler de l'incident ci dessous. Il a été attentif, tenant à coeur le service client de son centre BMR et désirant répondre à la situation. C'est pourquoi ma note vient de changer et je remercie le BMR de Saint Pascal de vouloir s'améliorer et d'être à l'attention de sa clientèle.

Un service a l’entrepôt pitoyable, lamentable. Les employés (de l’entrepôt) sont clairement des incapables, non courtois et dépourvus d’intelligence. Le sens de leur vie se limite à être des incultes inadaptés, de sorte que même une intervention pour les aider à devenir autre chose qu’inutile ne suffirait pas.
Aucun service client, à la limite de l’insultant et sexiste.
Seul l’accueil offre un bon service, courtois et rapide.
Update: A friendly representative has asked me to tell them about the incident below. He was attentive, caring about customer service at his BMR center and wishing to respond to the situation. This is why my rating has just changed and I thank the BMR of Saint Pascal for wanting to improve and to be for the attention of its customers.

Pitiful, pathetic warehouse service. The employees (of the warehouse) are clearly incompetent, non-courteous and lacking intelligence. The meaning of their life is confined to being unadapted uncultivated, so even intervention to help them become something other than useless would not be enough.
No customer service bordering on insulting and sexist.
Only the reception offers good, courteous and prompt service.
