★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Très mauvais servis après vente je vous conseil de ne pas acheter a ce consesionnaire seulement deux semain après j'avais déjà des problème avec mon auto depuis le début je l'ai appel leur dire que ça ne va pas avec mon auto qui a l'aire dangereux mais jamais de retour d'appel et ignor mes appel après plusieurs message aujourd'hui mon auto es chez Hyundai Beauport car il arrêtais en plein milieu d'un autoroute pour trouble au moteur problème électrique et dans la direction de conduite il mon vendu un auto dangereux pour ma vie et la vie de mes bébé ?je continu a appeler et toujour il ignor la personne qui m'a vendu l'auto es le directeur des ventes Mathieu decarousel .... Vraimen fâcher aucun respect envers leur client ....
Very poor after-sales service I advise you not to buy from this dealer only two weeks later I already had problems with my car from the start I called him to tell them that it is not going well with my car which has the dangerous area but never return calls and ignored my calls after several messages today my car is at Hyundai Beauport because he stopped in the middle of a highway for engine trouble electrical problem and in the direction of driving he sold me a dangerous car for my life and the life of my babies ? I keep calling and he always ignores the person who sold me the car is the sales manager Mathieu decarousel .... Really angry no respect for their client. ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Je vous informe que le consesionnaire ne donne pas de bon service et ils font des mauvaise publicité envers leur crédit . Ils ont pas de coeur et le manque de professionnalisme . Des rappel après 3 jours . C'est pas un consesionnaire que je conseille.
I inform you that the dealer does not give good service and they make bad publicity towards their credit. They have no heart and lack of professionalism. Reminders after 3 days. It's not a dealer that I recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A few years ago I flew from Toronto to Quebec to purchase a 2008 Chrysler Aspen 5.7 Hemi. The manager met me half at night in a mall strip parking lot and completed the transaction. Wow! you talk about service, my hat goes off the entire staff at Kamouraska Chrysler. To this date every birthday I get a french Birthday Wish. LOl Great people . Oh ya my truck still running 500Ks .....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would give this dealer 10 stars if i could........Bought a gorgeous Dodge Challenger from Mathuie , this fine man went way above and beyond my expectations.......i could not get into Quebec due to covid-19, so he had the car delivered to me in Moncton New Brunswick to complete the deal , now that my friends is service .........Mathuie was wonderful to deal with rate from the day i contacted him........His business partner who delivered the car and completed the paper work was also very friendly to deal with .........a super nice guy .........Olivier Chrysler has plenty of competition, but when they take care of customers , and go above and beyond .........I don't think they have to worry about the rest of the competition..........To the entire staff at Olivier Chrysler ''Thank-you''...........And Mathuie , a very special Thank-you to you, for turning my dream into a reality..........Blair.
