n	nat francis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ WORST company to deal with. They always direct you to talk to somebody else. Nobody knows anything. They are very RUDE. When there's an issue with your car they take long to act nor do they have any interest in fixing it. Just keep asking if you have warranty. Expect to experience some car issue within the first 3month!

I also have to stop the car and restart it sometimes when I want to accelerate, because even with the gas to the floor it won't go anywhere. No one would reply to my emails, I tried calling, and nothing. My windshield has a sticker with the last oil change, and the mileage on the sticker is very different from what is on my dash. Do not recommend!
S	Sasha on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCAMMERS!!! I picked up my car on a Tuesday and on Friday all the warning lights came on. I took it to a Honda dealership and was told the car should not have passed safety. When I told them where I got it from, they said Rockcliff is the absolute worst place to purchase and to return it. I called Luis and he said in a worried voice, "why did you take it to Honda?"...well they have a standard they must uphold hence me going there for a proper inspection. The oil was also low and Luis stated "we didn't say we would give you an oil change". Absolute disgusting and poor example of human beings. On top of that, the car was filthy upon pick up!!! STAY FAR FAR AWAY or bring a mechanic or a person who is great with cars to avoid being scammed.

I took the car to transmission specialist and also my own mechanic they both said the car is in good condition. Everyone gets approved at Rockcliff Auto. Even their newer cars which have higher kilometres on them shows how honest they are and never do fishi business. The car I bought is a chevi so based on my deposit I was able to purchase that for now but Emo said when you pay of what is owing bring the car and get something better and I’m happy they will make a trade with me and buying used car depends on how many owners it previously had or if it was city or mostly highway mileage but sometimes you need to look after your car like your own body needs nourishment. I am not afraid to have my mechanic fix some stuff every 6 months to a year.

Summer tires Given in the winter idk how the safety passed. Second month of owning car it keeps randomly shutting off as I drive. They do nothing but laugh over the phone and tell you to just keep paying Your monthly payment. Very unprofessional, unorganized and very rude. I regret ever meeting these people one of the biggest scammers I have met. I ask to pay off so I can get rid of it and let it be in the past but they don’t give you the price cause they want you to pay 90% interested within 3 years. Also the interest rate changed after I’ve already had the car for 3 days. Beware they are a Big scam don’t fall for it. Worst place to buy a vehicle.
R	Richein Jordan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE. THEY ARE SCAMMERS. I bought a car here and had issues with the car I bought right away. I brought the car to be fixed by another mechanic and when this mechanic took the car apart he said that the dealership’a mechanic put some thick oil that mask the sound of the faulty transmission. I have had so many issues with transparency and accountability regarding this dealership. No matter how many times you try to communicate the issues with regards to the car, they simply ignore your concerns. This is a nightmare and the worst purchase of my life. They don’t care about customer service. They only want your money.

Got annoyed and rude when we were asking questions about the vehicle we wanted to purchase. The salesman said it was a great car but we wouldn’t know. Could use a lesson in common courtesy. Glad we decided to buy a car elsewhere because I am just noticing the one star reviews and definitely would not trust a car from their lot with their sketchy behaviour.
