★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly and welcoming gym, will get you fit in no time. Equipt with weights and machines upstairs, tanning and clean changerooms downstairs, and ring/punching bags/ studio on main floor for classes.
Great for all ages. Kids and adult classes available. Useable gear for sparring.

I have had the school perform demonstrations at our events for many years and the students are very enthusiastic. Lou does a great job with the school and Nunu is awesome with the kids.
This is a great way to get in shapss well.
Do yourself a favor and give them a try.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly recommend this club for children and teens because the instructors train the children to be respectful and zero tolerance on bullying! I had no issues training... All my siblings were taught by the greatest Lu and Nunu! We never had any issues and we all treated one another with respect, we were trained like a family! I can't wait for my baby son to join the kids class one day!
