For those non-drivers like me, there are multiple public transit routes you can take to get to the gym. Undisputed Martial Arts is primarily a Muay Thai training centre, however offers a variety of other fitness classes like Kettlebell Conditioning, Kickboxing, Women's Kickboxing, Boxing, Women's Boxing, BJJ, Kali/Arnis, as well as Kids Muay Thai. What stands out about this gym is that you'll feel welcomed and most definitely not intimidated. It is a small knit gym community that is far from commercialized. Archie Luz, the gym founder, as well as the other fitness instructors will be sure to take care of you and your specific needs from the moment you walk in. This is a fantastic gym to go to whether you want to just get into shape or train competitively. What makes being a member at Undisputed different from being a member at fitness gyms like Goodlife or LA Fitness is the personal one-on-one experience and relationships you build with the instructors and the other trainees. Not only will you be motivated by them to push yourself harder, but you will build a totally different mentality on personal health and fitness. Whether you're 5 or 65, male or female, beginner or intermediate, prefer lululemons or muaythai shorts, you'll be sure to feel welcomed at the gym. Don't believe me? Check it out for yourself. I signed up mainly for the weapon system but I'll eventually get back into some hand to hand as well. So far it seems like the Kali classes are pretty technical which I like. People in the gym are pretty easy going and I haven't seen any elitist attitudes yet. So, I'm looking to spend a lot more time here.

I have learned so much here and it has translated into more confidence in myself. You'll get fit while learning to defend yourself.

This place is where all walks of life come to work together. The coaches. They aren't just your coaches they're your friends. They want to see you get better. GO to a cool summer night boxing class when the garage doors are wide open. Take the free trail. Ask for Gabe to get two weeks? ;)

All of the coaches are knowledgeable and experienced. As a coach myself, I only trust Undisputed MMA to keep me at the top of my game.

He offers private lessons and he has been training my daughter since she was 4 years old. My daughter was being bullied and the school couldn't do anything but now she has the confidence and skill to thwart any threats. In addition, Coach Archie has taught her, both, defensive and offensive techniques to reduce escalations. Adult classes are available. Coach Archie teaches weapons training and practical uses. I enjoy these classes. Many of Coach Archie's students continue to fight as amateurs with some becoming champions. He encourages and support many female fighters. The gym is fairly large with ample parking and occasionally has demo geared towards the community.

I really like the variety of coaches they have. their schedule works really well for almost any type of busy person. I'm really hoping to meet some great people here and I havent been disappointed. the rates are SUPER reasonable and wont leave you with a giant hole in your wallet with and dont sneaky contracts with hidden fees like lots of other places. My guard was down as they spoke to me about their policy. NOT pushy at all. these guys have something nice here. I love the respect they give to people here. Laughs and easy going vibe. I'm really happy I found this place. its a small tight knit and very welcoming community of people. Although a few of the bags could get updated but its not a huge deal at all.. Super happy at undisputed MMA
