★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its alright but if you’re serious about focusing on fight skill development and techniques, then I suggest you look for another facility.
BTW Im so confused about this ranking system they have here, It almost reminds of karate because they give you different color shorts which is total nonsense.
Also it’s really ignorant for them to claim that they are the number 1 best in the Toronto area
Which it’s really NOT trust me i’ve been to many martial art studios/gyms before, theirs is no such thing that theirs is only 1 best gym out there. Every instructor has their own philosophy/opinions so please stop trying to fool everyone/waste people’s money

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stumbled upon this gym as I was looking for a boxing gym that was there before. The head coach Benson offered me to try a class. Forward one year later you will find me doing endless push ups and sit-ups or hitting the heavy bags every night from 7.30 to 9pm. The atmosphere is absolutely amazing its like one big family and its so energetic that even after having the slowest day at school or at work you will leave feeling both energized in spirit and completely exhausted physically because the workouts are nothing you've experienced before.
