She makes your program fun and challenging.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been seeing Laura for 3 months now. Where do I begin? I don't have enough good things to say about her. When my husband first introduced me to her, I only wanted to see her three times because I thought she would be like all the other trainers I have seen in the past. I have now seen Laura for almost 40 sessions and she is worth every red cent. The money I have spent on Laura I would have spent more on fast food and fat clothing. She is patient, nonjudgmental, smart and most importantly, she cares. She motivates me and I enjoy my time with her. She pushes you but because she knows what your body is capable of and she also doesn't make you do things when your body is not ready. I have noticed a huge change in my body and so has family and friends. I feel stronger and the pain in my knee and left hip is gone. It's easier to walk in high heels and I am wearing clothes that I never thought I would be able to fit in. I can't imagine my life without Laura. I am so thankful to her. Signing up with Laura was the best thing I could have done and you will not regret it either!

Kru Laura is very knowledgeable and professional. She has the patience to explain everything and follow through. Her technique is impeccable.
She is passionate about what she is doing and she knows how to deal with people. She knows a lot about nutrition too.
The gym is very clean, which is rare (unfortunately) in this field. I wish her all the best in this endeavour!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been working with Laura for close to a year. In that time, I have lost 30 lbs and 6 inches on my waist. So the results are there however that is only part of what makes Laura a great trainer.
For me exercise is hard and never fun but Laura knows how to push for results but at the same time makes the sessions fun and enjoyable. No two sessions are exactly the same with a constant variety of activity and exercise.
I highly recommend Laura and Black Tiger Gym because Laura is my trainer and my friend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Whatever your goal is, this gym will help you reach it. Kru Laura has a lifetime of experience in and out of the ring, she knows what she's talking about. I've seen the improvement in myself and other classmates, the key is to show up and keep working. The gym itself is more like a family, everyone helps each other, we give each other tips, we push each other and we have fun. Kids, parents, fighters, doesn't matter, we all train together. Tiger Style!
