B	Birdie Birds on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These guys were begging for money at one point through crowd funding sites despite the fact they make so much money selling their products, and it seems they're not very honest either in honouring their customers.

Display panel was broken (not water resistance at all now), scratches everywhere, leftover paint on the side of the seat, the seat cannot be locked in properly and the kick stand was bent. It was bad to a point that it's not functional. I had to talk to their production manager Mr. Akili about how unsatisfied I was and I wanted to return the product. He said there's a mandatory 20% restocking fee with it or they can send me those broken parts to get it fixed. Restocking fee applies when an item gets returned and be restocked, this item is so broken and they are asking restocking fee from me? I asked him if I will get reimbursed by having a professional to replace my parts and that's when he stopped replying my e-mails nor picking up my phone calls for two weeks. I did not feel comfortable replacing and rewire my display panel at all not if I was ever specialized into electrician or anything like that. When I tried to talk to Mr. Akili more deficiencies and concerns, he would cut me off by saying "Thank you, thank you" to push the conversation to end. After paying $2,400 this is kind of the customer service a customer deserves?

There are other places to get ebikes like the emmo store but when I went there I didnt like what I saw - very small and crowded and does not look professional at all. But this location had a repair shop and many bikes and good workers that try hard. They even gave me a really good deal on the piece as it was a used model and fixed it up nicely. If your looking to get an e bike motorcycle or scooter I recommend this place over others for sure.
B	B GM on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just got my EM1 yesterday and had my first ride today. Love it. Bought it over the phone with zero issues. The gentleman I was dealing with, AJ, was very professional and he made the purchase very easy. I asked and he included a helmet for 50% off and gave me the lock and bike cover for free. AJ was also very honest and told me upfront that while they were putting the bike together, it got scratched (very minor) and he knocked off another $40. The only reason it's not a 5 star review is I have yet to deal with anyone in their Service Department. If they conduct themselves as professionally as AJ, there shouldn't be any problems. Already planning on buying a Road Warrior in 2021 for my Husband. Nobody tell him....

Check out their website and drop into the showroom to see all kinds of bikes and scooters and most things electric. Theu are also releasing an electric car soon! Love this place and their customer service was simple and easy.
W	Wolfgang Hoffmann on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a Pithog Max last year and the DC converter blew on day one, they picked it up and fixed it for free but had to pay for delivery as it was to far to ride back and beyond the bikes range. Also the brakes grabbed instantly so there is no slow subtle braking and the kick stand does not have a kill switch so make extra sure it's turned off before mounting or dismounting. But now after less than a year the rear and front calipers are seizing and ruining the brake pads and stressing the motor. I spent hours trying to get parts only to find afterwards the warehouse is closed for renovation or inventory, not sure which as I got two conflicting stories. So I have to wait 3 weeks before I can even order parts, as such I am soured on the Daymak brand and have no confidence in service.

I had ordered parts and I was told that we had to wait almost 3 months for a shipment of parts to come. To this day, my scooter is sitting dead in the water. I haven't been able to use my scooter for 6 months now. Don't buy anything from this company unless you are sure you can get the replacement parts. I am still waiting for the parts to come in. I might add that they are not Better Business Bureau accredited.
K	Keifer Hutka on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchased a REFUNDABLE deposit on a product in the Avvenire line back in 2021. Production took five months past the date posted, so I requested a refund. Julian Brown answered the email in a confrontational manner and also implied that I purchased the non refundable deposit before even checking. He was curious as to who exactly led me to believe production would begin in 2021, when it was actually listed directly on their website. After a quick phone call, Julian seemed to be courteous and willing to issue the refund. It has now been almost three months and I have yet to receive a refund or even a response. I have left a voicemail for him every few weeks as well as an email in our existing thread. I called again today to see if he was still an employee, as the only way I can see this kind of evasion would be if he no longer worked there. I thought these guys might have been dropping acid when they announced this new line, but I decided to make a deposit in good faith based off my experience with their electric bicycles. I am assuming they are on the brink of bankruptcy after this failed attempt. I have given up home that I will ever receive my REFUNDABLE deposit back. Hopefully someone reads this and can save themselves $100 USD.
