After they re-open from the pandemic, the place looks like a high school; it is always crowded with under sixteen kids playing around the gym Missing equipment such as bars and dumbbells. Dumbbells are spread all over the floor and it is hard to find the ones you need. No towel service anymore ( signature feature). Staff is friendly and nice and they are always trying to help.

And this is coming from someone who’s gone to the other LA fitness locations as well! Not to say the others are bad but definitely don’t meet the level of this location. Spacious, amazing staff who make you feel like a part of the family and a very clean facility for that as well! And for the prices with promotions you get, you can’t find anywhere better! Thank you LA Don mills! ?

The sign up process was clear and was also given a tour. Very big gym with all of your needs. Found the staff to be kind and welcoming every visit so far.
D	David Ruiz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pros- gym has good equipment Cons-Gym is always very messy it does not matter what time you go at. Locker rooms and bathrooms aren’t the cleanest. Evening is disgustingly busy. People do not put away the things they used. Over all its a pretty good gym if you go in the mornings. I just wish they would focus more in keeping they gym more presentable and organized.
T	Talisha Johnson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff are nice at this gym, I’ll give it that. But, it’s not a very clean gym… there’s constantly weights laying around. Peak times are atrocious, so you better go super late at night or early early in the morning. They also take out more money from your account than they are supposed to. This gym is filled with teenagers so weights are really never available. Go between the hours of 6 am - 2pm. The washroom are decently cleaned but inside the lockers are always alway always dirty. I don’t know if staff is lazy or what when it comes to management. There’s should be two cleaners minimum. I don’t even think they have one sometimes.

Any questions I had they have been more then informative in helping me get the answers I need. Highly recommend never had an issue there yet!! Also front desk worker Justin frequently helps me with my workouts and has helped me tremendously!!

Gave me a quick tour and told me to come find him if I need anything. The place is nice and clean, all thanks to the hardworking cleaning lady who keeps everything spotless. The manager also seems professional and caring. I will comeback here again and again
