β β β β β Rude people and they provide a rather useless warty.
bought a power steering pump here. at first it did not seem to work when I got it installed.
I ended up calling Hollywood North for some after sale service. that was rude and unpleasant.
also their warranty is kind of weird. if the part doesn't work they won't give you your money back, but they have 90 days to provide and other part.
who has time to wait for that???

β β β β β Rough experience ordering a mechanical part from Hollywood North Auto Parts. However, they surprised my expectation by offering a full refund after about month and more trying to find an replacement for the exchange part that didn't fit. Part came from the right car but different transmission which the receipt lists the car that the part comes off. For customer service they seem willing to help and all but their tone and methods come off as very uncourteous. Did get some good used tires from them that were identical to the previous stock ones . They were extremely dirty with water inside them but seem good condition and no issues after 3 months of use.

β β β β β Jordan took really good care of my demand, easy and fast and best price i found! Even after realizing i had chosen the wrong spare part i emailed him a sunday afternoon and he replied right away that he could change the part before the pick up day with no problem. He finally gave me the new part without paying the remaining cost difference ($25 CAD!!!). Definitely a place i'll come again! Highly recommended.

β β β β β I ordered a stereo for my car, i spoke to mike on the phone, he was courteous and professional and answered all my questions so im not sure why people left negative comments? The stereo was at the shop exactly at the time he said it would be., They were super quick and a 60 day warranty with the part. I think people understood it as a pull your own parts and are upset that they cant, even though it says the Barrie location only. when i called he explained they pull the part for you and you pick it up and they make sure it works first which is 1000 times better in my view.

β β β β β Hollywood auto parts in toronto is very helpful with any and all parts and questions anyone would ever need or ask. Ontop of any other issue that may arise they got the best prices by far. I use them anytime i can. Especially if i need parts yesterday. They can be literal life savers, or just a good line to get your parts.
The owner Jordan, is exceptional to deal with. Professional, respectful, and super knowledgable. They make the dealer parts guys look like rookies.
Part factory dry? Give hollywood auto parts a try. They have the cars with the parts you desire.

β β β β β People must realize that this is a used auto parts place, not Mortonβs steakhouse. Itβs not fancy and nobody is wearing a suit. Yes, every time Iβve been there itβs been really busy. The phones are ringing off the wall because people know that Jordan, Andrew and the boys can be counted on to get the parts they need fast and way cheaper than the dealer.
Personally, they have been able to get me almost every part Iβve ever need for my cars quickly, even some really random bits. If an issue arose with a part they provided, they have always taken care of it without questions.
A+ boys. Keep up the great work.

β β β β β I used to get a fairly quick response regarding parts. This has changed. Maybe I'm looking for hard to find parts,I don't know but I don't think so.
I've junked half a dozen cars there for the convenience. I feel they should offer more for cars than they do.
Probably double. I don't think their valuation has been adjusted for 20 years.
