★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was taken on time and the two technicians for my Ultrasound and X-Ray were really good and informative. They also explained after the radiologist examined the images, the results would be submitted to my doctor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I found this location badly kept, old and rickety, with a terrible, undersized, uncomfortable table. The staff were very friendly but seemed to lack training in basic customer service standards. For example: the ultrasound tech was very sweet, and probably quite proficient, but: did not leave the room while I was changing and tried to put the gown on me herself; when I said it was painful to straighten my legs while lying down she said ok, keep them bent then, but when it was finished, I saw there was a wedge cushion for under the knees *right at the end of the table* which she didn't even offer me; and when she finished the ultrasound, she got up, started cleaning her own stuff and told me to get dressed, without offering me anything to use to clean *myself* up with! I had to ask for towels. And finally, she managed to get ultrasound gel ALL over my shirt. So gross. I would not book here again unless there were no alternatives.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ How I now regret not looking this location up on Google before "booking" my appointment, which when I arrived my appointment time that was confirmed was not honoured or listed on their "board" accurately. Unbelievable.
I watched as mass confusion unfolded all around, I grew more nervous about the capability of this clinic. After waiting close to an hour, I then looked up all the other horrendous reviews online and promptly left with my requisition and re-booked my Ultrasounds with a more professional clinic....this was an aggravating, upsetting and a waste of time experience, never again will I come to this clinic.
There are plenty of other clinics in Toronto who are able to accurately book and honour appointments, (and if they change your time would inform you) that have clean waiting room chairs and respect patients wait times.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thank you for your kindness, understanding and patience. My experience was absolutely positive. Appointment was as scheduled. Bob, (x-ray technician) very professional and helpful. Aisha, (ultrasound technician) thank you for excellent service. I go for ultrasound at least once a year. Today was the very first time that my visit was painless and comfortable. I have no complains whatsoever! Thank you and I will not go anywhere else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shabby facility and incompetent staff
Facility is really bad. Like a jail with dirty chairs. Receptionist was friendly but waited two minutes while she was talking in some foreign language on the phone. The worst though is the ultrasound technician. She was very hesitant, very bad verbal communication skills, machine did not have connection for awhile. Technician looked, acted and sounded incompetent to me. WILL NEVER come here again. I just blindly followed my Doctor’s advice. Should’ve checked ratings.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible place, if you have the chance find another clinic!! The technician was rude and didn't focus on the points of my pain in the ultrasound. The receptionist called her and she left me in the room waiting for a few minutes. Both were very rude and unprofessional with me and my wife, they just lost 2 clients.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its kind of a disaster zone. You wait, the technician is good at her job and terrible with people. Everytime I take my wife for an ultrasound to see our baby she refuses to let me in the room. It's terrible that I am excluded in the exams for my baby to be.
