I've always been welcomed with a positive and accepting atmosphere that makes me feel safe. Thus far I've mostly been going to Bluebird Laser to remove facial hair. Djuna is always patient and ready to pause any time things are getting a bit too painful. She's always been quite understanding with the whole experience. I can't recommend her services enough!

She walks you through the process, before, during and aftercare (make sure to have a good sun screen!) so that you know what’s happening and what to do the whole time. I used to have to shave every day, if not twice a day. After one full-face session you can see a dramatic change, and now after a handful I shave maybe once a week or two (and that for a few hairs here or there). It literally feels like magic lol. I can’t rave enough about Bluebird. Both Djuna and Sai provide a fantastic service! I’d recommend them to anyone ?

She is very thorough with your treatment plan and is patient during the process, especially for those having their face done. You can tell there is care in everything that they do. Especially with how clean everything is all the time. Handled my many scheduling issues with grace. Needed to reschedule or cancel a few times. I even completely forgot to shave my face before an appointment and was happily helped out to ensure I didn't miss my appointment.
