★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nothing good here just a rude lady whose on a power trip... no hot breakfast sandwiches just some gross vegan steel cut oats. Save your coffee money and go elsewhere !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've never thought that there is racism in Toronto these days. I steped in it with staff's racist attitude. They were not freindly at all, I would say that they were so rude to me. Even they were freindly and welcoming with the customers behind. I remember that was a man and a women on the bar. They're same thing with that attitude.
Sorry! but I was so disappointed for the first time ever try second cup.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quality of coffee is consistent with other Second Cup locations and is okay. The atmosphere is clean and recent. Kind of busy with too few power outlets. Internet is highly congested and can be unreliable. Washrooms, downstairs, are tidy though oddly laid out. Likely better for a quick visit than a long term stay.

Great and convenient location -- right around the corner from "Spadina" TTC subway station. The staff is friendly and professional. The store manager is excellent; she knows her stuff. (I work in customer service and management.)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very unfriendly: Washrooms only accessible after buying something, other large chains like Tims and Starbucks have open washrooms. Not really welcoming to the community AT ALL! Also the lady working was quite rude. Do better!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visit this location once every couple of months. Staff are good, not over the top. Except for a young lady who was helping me out yesterday afternoon April 22. Sadly I cannot remember her name but she by far is the best at connecting with customers and the reason I am leaving a review for this location.
Their peanut butter cookies are to die for and I love pairing them with a frozen blended hot chocolate made with almond milk. These treats always satisfy my stomach. 10/10 on food and drinks

Staff are always friendly and welcoming no matter what. 10000% recommended if you are in the area and want a friendly smile from your local barista ☺️
